With German-introduced production equipement, we are producing and exporting various door skins, mainly including HDF door-skins, Plywood door-skins, and PVC door-skins.
Our HDF door-skins are molded twice into the required patterns, such as 2-panel, 3-panel, 4-panel, 5-panel, 6-panel, oval, etc. We have customized more than 100 different molding patterns. The density of the our HDF door-skins is above 900KGS/M3. We normally produce 3.0mm plain/white primed HDF door skins and 3.2 wood-veneered HDF door skins. In case of wood veneer, we have available Ash, Beech, Sapelle, Whtie Oak, Red Walnut, Black Walnut, Teak, Mahagony, etc. The width of our door skins can be from 680mm to 1100mm, while the length can be from 2000mm to 2200mm.
In addition to HDF door skins, we are at the same time manufacturing plywood door skins ( door-skin size plywood). The surface can be Okoume, Bintangor, Ash, Beech, Teak, Sapelle, etc. The core is usually made of Poplar, and can also be Eucalyptus. Normally we use birch as the back because Birch is a hardwood and makes the price a bit cheaper. The core is usually Poplar. Eucalyptus core is also available but a bit more expensive. Our regular thicknesses include 2.5mm, 2.7mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm, 3.6mm, 4.0mm, 4.6mm, 5.0mm, 5.2mm, 6mm. The width of our plywood door skins can be from 680mm to 1100mm, and the length can be from 1900 to 2200mm.
